AMH Property Management is a specialist asset manager, with a growing reputation for providing an efficient and quality service to meet the needs of investors, property funds and occupiers.

Originally comprising three separate companies, following the acquisition of Morgan Porteous, and the integration of the management departments of Atkinson Richards and Hurst Warne, AMH has already established a dynamic approach to property management by targeting "excellence through integration".

Specialising throughout Southern England with a particular emphasis centred on the Southern M25 and M3 corridor, the firm has expanded significantly over the last two years. In addition to the ability to call on specialist advice from associated companies Atkinson Richards and Hurst Warne, AMH can now offer a fully comprehensive property management facility from basic rent collection and service charge administration, to full integrated property asset management advice on more strategic issues.

The company has invested heavily in the latest computerised accounting and database systems to ensure a strong control of both income and expenditure together with the ability to produce financial reports to each client's specific and corporate requirements. We are of course fully compliant with RICS requirements regarding client monies.

Above all, we seek to not only maintain property asset but to enhance this where possible.

AMH has four dedicated Directors, together with a range of specialist support staff, including a dedicated Accounts Department and specialist managers dealing with the Commercial and Residential day-to-day management. Directors are readily available to meet with clients to review ongoing matters and to be able to respond at short notice to a client's need.
