This ranges from individual houses in block portfolios, to modern purpose built apartment developments, centred around the Southern side of the M25/M3 corridor. Specific case examples include:

St Luke's Square, Guildford

Dealing with the day-to-day management responsibilities, two luxurious apartment block on behalf of the owner or occupier/residents. Meeting with the owners representatives/Directors and establishing an ongoing five year rolling maintenance programme, including provision for all external redecoration, internal redecoration and replacement of carpet, and general upkeep of the extensive landscape site. Setting budgets, administering the service charge and ensuring full recovery of monies due.

Bakersgate Courtyard and Bakersgate Gardens

A mixed development compromising of seven conversion offices units together with self-contained building of eleven apartments. Administering both developments in parallel and ensuring overlap cross savings where appropriate from service providers. Setting up the initial service charge budgets and the initial service contracts, including contractor arrangements. Maintaining and ensuring appearance and asset value of the properties are maintained.
